      Really Great

      We have been coming to Paoletti's for several years. It is always superb. The menu varies over time. Last night we had grouper, elk, spaghetti with meat sauce, and spaghetti with mushrooms. I had the elk. Spectacular. I ordered it medium rare and it was served exactly right about 145 F. The sauce was a red wine reduction. Fabulous.
      Prices run $18.00 - 35.00 (the elk, well worth it). Wine selection is good and the Pinot Grigio was $33.
      Make reservations, it fills up.

      The best restaurant in Highlands and one of the best anywhere. Food and service are superb.

      The food and service are superb. It also has an excelent wine list. Highly recommended.
