Terrible experience here. I was quoted an amount that I agreed to before the surgery, then afterwards billed for almost 3 times that amount because they had lied to me about checking my benefits beforehand. While trying to get to the bottom of the issue I had to call 10+ times over a 6 week period trying to speak to someone and each time I was given an excuse "insurance company has been down the last 8 days" "our phone system has been down all week" etc. When I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager I was just told the manager was busy and wouldn't be able to help me. It's been 6-8 weeks of me trying to get to the bottom of this and nothing has come of it. I wouldn't have had this surgery had I known it would cost 3 times the amount they told me, or had I known how my concerns/questions would be handled. I definitely will not go back.

I was not numbed enough and was awake during the surgery!! Then the wrong pain medication was prescribed (that I clearly told them I was allergic to at the pre-op appt). It took them FOUR hours after surgery to correct their mistake, while I waited in extreme pain. 3 days later (on a Sunday), I developed a severe abscess because no antibiotics were prescribed, even though the extracted tooth was infected, and the Dr. knew it. Nobody from this office answered their emergency number. My phone calls were not returned promptly or at all. My complaints about the pain were dismissed as "it didn't happen."
