Do NOT buy a hot tub from this company or these people!! The absolute WORST product and customer service experience of my life. Jeff and Randy blatantly lie and deceive promising to rectify what is an obvious lemon of a hot tub but really they’re only concerned with the theft of your money. They are aware they sell garbage and will keep on doing it as long as suckers are willing to buy. We purchased a brand new hot tub in November 2017 from Passion Spas. It didn’t run a week without shutting down and throwing codes. We’ve been extremely patient as “fixes” like new motors, breaking pieces off the filter flow exchange, and wanting to completely gut it have been thrown at us. It continues to malfunction. We have it IN WRITING that our tub will be replaced and warrantied an additional two years. In September 2018 after it agains shuts off we tried getting it replaced. “It’s coming” “next week” we keep hearing. Finally we just asked for our money back and to take this tub away. Despite numerous promises to follow up, Randy is an absolute untrustworthy LIAR who has stolen thousands of dollars from us and has reneged on the promises we have in writing.
