I was recently trying to find a particular magazine.I searched the local bookstores with no luck.I even tried the big box stores but was asked to call back at a later date.Then i tried Barnes&Noble.To my surprise,the person who answered my call was polite and patient.Instead of asking me to call again,she asked for my name an number, and assured me that as so as this product was available,i would receive a call.Now call me old fashioned,but i was rather pleased being treated like an individual than a number in this impersonal automated era!!Kind regards,a lifelong customer.
