General Info

Whether you are looking for a relaxing full body massage after a stressful week at work, or a more therapeutic session following an intense hike or paddle, I will tailor the session to meet your specific needs. I utilize a mind-body approach, with the belief that the mind exists in all our body tissues and organs. Stressors of life can have a profoundly negative effect on our bodies. With that in mind, I integrate relaxation techniques into all of my sessions. Taking the time to slow down and breathe will help your body heal in the way it needs. We can address burdensome problems such as tension headaches, stomach ailments, insomnia, panic attacks, back pain, unexplained chronic pain, and the inability to fully recover from workouts with the appropriate massage techniques. I enjoy massaging in downtown Hood River due to the variety of activities and diverse group of people who both live and travel here. I am constantly engaged and learning from my clients, which makes every massage truly individualized and unique. I look forward to meeting and working with you in achieving wellness through massage therapy.
