My name is Irene. I live in Richmond, Texas. I needed a back glass in my vehicle and I called Safelite Advantage and got a quote. The next day I called to make an appointment and they told me they would not honor my quote, someone had given me a wrong price. I argued that wasn't my problem.
I immediately found Allstar Glass on internet and called them and spoke to Stan, the scheduler. He made me an appointment the next day and the installers even came to my home. Safelite would have charged additional for coming to my home.
The next morning at the exact time Allstar made my appointment, Mike and Richard, the installer's, showed up. It took them less than 30 minutes and they were most professional and polite.
I will never use anyone else for any of my glass needs but Allstar Glass at 5138 Hwy 6N, Houston.
You can count on Stan, Mike, and Richard to follow up to make sure you are completely satisfied with their work.
