bad service, my wedding dress was damaged, and they were not responsible, the owner was very rude to me

Never go to this place! On September 08th I took a night dress only for press iron, that I needed for a wedding. So when I went to pick it up, I didn't check the dress out. I took it to my trip and one day before when I open the bag, the dress was with this stains all over it, and the embroider pieces were totally off. When I went to talk to the manager, he told me that I was lying and that surely I had damaged the dress, because HE is the one that personally checks all garments going out. So I asked him, and you never make mistakes? He answered, NO, you are lying. What type of customer service is this? What a disappointment.

On 03/02/15,I sent in my black jacket I realize that it was not clean at all it had a stain of ketchup. I'm really dissatisfied with this customer service they gave me! Not going back.

Last week, I sent in a Texans jersey and a pair of slacks to get dry cleaned and they messed it up terribly. They ironed my slacks to where my button burned and ripped a part of the pants. For my jersey, when we picked it up, we checked it and realized they made a stain on my front so we asked them to clean it again. Now, we picked it up, there are more stains and now they're in the back too. They now blame it on us! They won't take responsibility of their damage and won't admit any wrongful doing. Please consider my review and not come to this place. We are really dissatisfied with this customer service they gave us. I only wore this jersey and slacks once and they damaged it! These people do not deserve to service anyone with their lack of responsibility and horrible service!
