      Founded in 1975, Memorial Neurological Association specializes in diagnosis, treatment and management of brain and nervous systems disorders. Its physicians provide treatment solutions for spinal cord, muscles and neurological disorders, including strokes, brain tumors, Alzheimer s disease, headache, epilepsy and peripheral problems. The hospital offers neurodiagnostic testing that includes EEG, EMG, MRI, CAT scan, visual evoked response and sleep studies. Its infusion center includes physician, pharmacist, nurse and the patient and offers outpatient care and parenteral therapies. Memorial Neurological Association also provides botox and myobloc injections for treatment of pain and disorders related to abnormal muscle contraction. The hospital maintains one of its locations in Houston, with other locations in Angleton, Eagle Lake, Sugar Land and Bellaire, Texas.
