Assigned to this group by the Veteran's Administration. What a crew. First, on arrival I was asked if I had rescheduled my appointment.??? Then, I waited to speak to someone in the office to provide me with a milage reimbursment, 248 miles round trip, and they could not find the check. I was told it would be referred and mailed to me. Okay. Several weeks later, a check for one way milage was issued. Several calls later, I am being ignored. As far as the interview and examination? I have had better care for my cat at the vet's office. These guys are not earning the money the VA pays them....what a suprise.
