The service area, partially visible from the waiting room, appears sparkling clean. The service itself was excellent, with certain extra items suggested with no high-pressure to purchase. A request for an estimate was given in minutes; it was reasonable...and, again, there ws no pressure to purchase. The waiting room itself is extremely clean and comfortable (it's obvious that special care is even taken with the reading materials, since they are in great condiiton, Operations Manager (CHRIS), could not have been more courteous or kind. Even the young service rep who brought my car around when it was ready was friendly and even complimentary about my messy little car. All in all, the best automotive service experience i've had in many a year!

We were in our way going to galveston island for a few days vacation from Dallas as we approached Clearlake area we noticed smoke coming out under the ,hood and the car check engine light came on we stopped on the side of the freeway and called a few shops but they ask us to tow the car in at 125.00 towing service and $ 95.00 check up time. I am a regular customer at Texas Radiators and Mufflers for the past 14 years, they are extremely honest and they have the best reputation in the town. I always refer my friends and family to them. They have over 12 major car dealerships (Champions & Car Max ) that deal with them all the time. They contribute and do a lot of free stuff for our community, and they also give me a senior citizen discount when I go there, My Church referred me there, I ask God to bless them.
