Waited over three weeks and still have not come back to fix washer. Lied to warranty company and said they had part and would call me which they never did. Home warranty company finally assigned new service person. DO NOT USE!! Many over reviews with same complaint.

CAT services was out to repair the ice maker on our brand new $2,000 Frigidaire refrigerator 5 times. The refigerator worked fine, just not the ice maker. On the fifth visit, the technician cracked the coil while trying to repair the ice maker and all of the freon escaped, leaving the entire appliance unuseable. The owner of CAT, Grant Baker, refuses to help us out by supplying a temporary refrigerator while we fight with Frigidaire for a replacement. He does not grasp that the concept that his employee broke our refrigerator. He blames frigidaire for poor design. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This is the worst service repair company that I have ever used and I am in my sixties. In August 2011, I called them to fix two burners on my Thermador stove. The burners did not have to be replaced but there were valves that had to be replaced. The cost was $555.97. We thought that it was very high but we paid the bill because we had no choice. We figured it was a job that costs more. Then, in November 2012, we called them with a simple job. It was to put a new switch on the vent. The switch was like a little light switch on a lamp. The work took about 15 minutes. The cost was $289. Can you imagine. I was so upset that I called CAT. They were rude. I mentioned that the reviews that they got were horrible. They started to blame the customer and I said that if they didn't agree, they should respond to the customer, explaining their position. They said that they were going to charge what they wanted. Finally, they refunded $100. DON'T USE THEM UNLESS YOU ARE RICH.

I called LG appliance to have warranty work done and they sent CAT services. I had a bad constant smell in my brand new dishwasher and the serviceman took some things apart and said he couldn't find anything wrong. He left some tabs called Affresh and said this will help the smell and then said they would cost me $13.00 I told him I would not pay for them he could charge them to LG. I got bills from CAT for the service fee and the Affresh I paid the service fee even though the repairman didn't fix anything however I told them I would not pay for the tabs. They sent me another bill for the tabs with 2 late charges totaling $4.00. I just paid it because I am sure this type of company would be one that would report this to a credit bureau and I have never had a bad rating in 50 years. Beware of CAT and make sure if you call your appliance company for warranty work and they suggest CAT tell them NO and request someone honest.

I have a small baking business that i run out of my home. Here it was the holiday season and my mixer was in serious trouble. I couldn't afford to have it out of commission for very long. I brought it to Cat Services and they had it up and running overnight. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. I would definitely go there again.

My wife and I called CAT and they came out to repair our oven which by my estimation is not a complex fix. They charged an absurd amount. I personally believe someone should get paid fairly for the work they do. However when I looked at the breakdown on my bill this is the atrocity I found: $60 in parts $65 for a bogus service call fee $80 for (5 minutes literally) of labor We called the office and spoke with the manager and the man told us there was nothing he could do about it because it is what it is. I have learned my lesson so please learn from mine...they are a rip off.
