Outstanding service. Above and beyond what I expected. The manager was exceptionally courteous and competent. I had an issue with my Infinity subwoofer. Adams electronics handled all the paperwork and warranty issues with the manufacturer. Fast efficient and most importantly, a very high level of expertise.

Horrible service and incompetent personnel. I took a Brother printer in for factory service/repair and they let the machine sit in their shop for a week. When I came to pick it up they laughed at me when I requested that they run a copy test on the machine. Of course it still does not work, and I’m stuck.

THIS COMPANY IS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. REMINDS ME OF THE WAY BUSINESS WAS 40 YRS AGO. EMPLOYEES ARE SINCERE AND COURTEOUS. I BROUGHT IN MY AV RECEIVER FOR A WARRANTY REPAIR ON WEDNESDAY AM RECEIVED A CALL THE NEXT DAY AT 3PM TELLING ME THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETED. THEY REPLACED 22 TRANSISTORS, MY RECEIVER SOUNDS BETTER THAN WHEN IT WAS NEW. THEY REALLY GOT MT ATTENTION.

I selected Adam's Electronics because I needed to find a Marantz authorized service center close to where we live (we don't have one in the San Diego area). My Blu-ray/Cd player was making a squeaky noise when playing music.The technicians at A'sE identified the problem immediately, ordered the parts, fixed it, and shipped it back, via FedEx, in two weeks. Because my unit was still under the warrantry, Marantz paid for the parts, labor and for shipping it back to me. Hats off to you A'sE!

My hard drive crashed and I thought I was going to lose everything. I brought it to Adam's Electronics and they went above and beyond to help me. Not only was this my work computer that has all my business information on it, but it is also where I have the last 8 years of photos and videos stored of my children with no back up. The staff at Adam's Electronics were able to completely save all the information on my failing hard drive and transfer everything to a new one. They even had a new external hard drive with all my information backed up on it waiting for me as well, so I could have the peace of mind of knowing that if anything happened like that again, that I would have a back up. When they gave me the bill I was shocked to see how low it was for the work that they did. I would recommend Adam's Electronics to everyone. I am extremely happy and will be going there for all my electronics needs in the future.

Due to the fact that I work from home and my computer is my livelyhood, the great staff at Adam's Electronics promised to get it back to me with urgency. Alex worked on my laptop for me and got it back to me with less than a 24hr turnover! Not only did he fix my hard drive, but he went above and beyond with protecting it from future issues. He saved all my data, updated my antivirus and did all Microsoft updates...and much more. I have taken my computer to Adam’s several times in the past and have always felt I have gotten a fair deal (obviously, one of the reasons that I keep coming back). This past week my system started making a grinding noise so I thought I had better take it in before it dies on me. I was also having problems with it locking up upon start up. Alex was great and worked on it for two and a half days until he got all of the problems fixed. It is an older computer so that was not an easy task. He even replaced the fan and only charged me $120 for all of the service and gave me the fan “free”. As always, he was very easy to work with and I feel I got a very fair deal. I have taken it elsewhere before and paid twice as much for half the service. My system is working like new now! I really trust Alex and his techs and will always recommend them when someone is looking for computer repair.

They came to our home, diagnosed the problem, promised a call back later with an estimate. Two - Three days later, estimate. Came back out to install part. Pulled connection from back of TV and broke connector. Claimed that the Board sent from JVC was defective and blew out my power source. Took TV. Told me I would get $120 back if they could not fix TV. Called JVC. Called us and said ever bigger problem. Would cost over $1,000 to fix. Kept my $120. Wanted us to buy another TV from them.

Just had my HP Photosmart Printer fixed by Adams. I was helped by Nilda (both coming and going), who was very knowledgeable and helpful. They promised the fix within 3-5 days and under $90. It was ready in 3 days and was $87!! They are friendly, intelligent and helpful people. They've been there over 20 years and I hope they stay around. This is the second machine they've helped me with and the service and prices have not changed much in 15 years!

I went to purchase some computer Thermal Compound, and Shontell went out of her way to inform me about this product, even though your store didn't carry it. She said I'd need to go to Fry's, or some other similar store to buy it. I was so impressed that I said that I would buy a SM card reader for my camera downloads at her store. Shontell searched on the internet for Fry's price and matched it, knocking a few dollars of the normal price.

BTW- After waiting in line to ask about, and buy my Thermal Compound at Fry's, I am now psyching myself up to go back to Fry's and wait in line. The guy recommended the wrong product!

Me and my husband recently went there and had an excepinal sales person named Shontell surprinsingly she knew what she was talking about and was very friendly.

I had a good friendly experience. I interacted with a knowledgeable young girl named Shontell. Shontell anwsered all my questions and concern in a prompt, friendly and accurately.

I dropped of my stereo Monday evening with a series of problems thinking that it was going to take a few days to fix. I received a call the following afternoon saying that my stereo was ready for me to pick up. I was surprised how quick they got my stereo up and running again. When I got there the attendant, Shontell, was very professional and fast to send me on my way. My stereo works like a charm now.

With today's fast paced, "wheel & deal" atmosphere, Adam's Electronics is like a breath of fresh air! For at least the last 15 years I've used them, and recommended them to others for the repair/replacement of almost any electronic equipment. Not many "storefront" businesses exist today where knowledgeable personnel are available for discussion, recommendation, and repair of technical products. Since they deal with literally the entire spectrum of manufacturers, they have helped me for a long time with upgrades, peripheral equipment add-ons, and the repair of older out-of-warranty equipment.



I rate Adam's Electronics as "Excellent" in all categories of service and customer support.

The owners, Alex and his wife, and his entire staff are completely knowledgeable in what they do. It is done with outstanding professionalism, and always in a timely manner. Adams Electronics is a definite plus for the city of Huntington Beach and our surrounding cities.

The power supply on my Dell desktop went out. We took the computer to Adam's Electronics at noon. We received a call with the repair price around 3:00. The PC was repaired before 5:00. The technician explained what had been wrong and we were on our way.



I would recommend Adam's Electronics to anyone needing a repair.

I was very impressed with the speed on of my laptop repair. It was fixed the same day!

They even showed me how to use the function keys on the laptop and shortcuts for internet use.

Excellent service, friendly employees, I brought my computer in on a Sunday afternoon and it was fixed the same day!

My laptop DC connector was broken and would not power. The manufacturer wanted to replace the entire motherboard for $540. I took it to a local repair shop and they also wanted to change the motherboard. I then took it to a national chain, they were nice enought to recommend Adam's Electronics. I took it to Adam's and they unassembled the laptop and resoldiered the DC jack on the motherboard and repaired it for $160 instead of $540. And I did not have to wait ten days. They fixed it the same day. Professional people, great place.
