First time using Paragon Pools and I've had the worst experience. Their records reflect that I have a salt-water pool yet they arrive with no salt. When I called, I was told I have to buy the salt myself. Then, because I complained, they cancelled my pool opening half-way through and left everything a mess. Now, I have to wait weeks before I can have another company "open" my pool. STAY AWAY FROM PARAGON POOLS OF HUNTINGTON.

Use Paragon Pools only if you enjoy rude, unreliable & unresponsive companies. And if you enjoy scheduling appointments only to have nobody keep them. Did I mention they are VERY expensive as well? My pool was to be opened May 15...it's May 30 & still no vacuum. And they don't accept complaints. Too bad if Memorial Day has come & gone. Too bad your party was ruined. They're "very busy"!

I recently asked the owner/manage to repair a piece of pool equipment. He had it over two weeks, claiming he couldn't get a part for it. He even sent my wife home with someone else's equipment, claiming that there was nothing wrong with ours - when clearly there was. I actually had to go out and purchase the part myself, and got it delivered in two days - something he claimed to be able to do. When I questioned him as to why he hadn't gotten the part the same way I did, he became abusive and said he was now doing me a favor by installing the part I was forced to obtain myself. He even had the nerve to say that I should appreciate what he was doing. If this is his idea of service, then the concept of service has fallen to a new low. As a side note, his company was previously paid to open my pool, and the person that was sent was so incompetent that he had to return two more times to fix and finish the job he had started, it was so poorly done.
