The man who answers the phone talks to you like you're an old friend, from the first phone call. Both drivers I had were really very nice and helpful. Also, and I say this with no hesitation, these were the nicest cars I've ever seen used as taxis anywhere! Really pleased and would HIGHLY recommend!

They offer reservation services that I had used previously and had no issue with, so I scheduled a pick up at 5am. I had a flight to catch at 6. I live about 20 mins from the airport. My last trip they were very prompt, almost 20 mins early even so I expected the same service. I also used them a few times over the summer last year with no real issues. The only complaints I had before this trip was the way the owner hit on me when I rode with him, making comments about how attractive he thought I was. But it was nothing I made a big deal about. 5 am came and no one showed up. I decided to wait a little bit just in case they were running behind. I waited until almost 15 after until I checked Uber. Luckily, there was a car available and it was right up the street from me so I requested it. As soon as my Uber got to me is when I got a phone call from Taxi Tommy. I ignored it because at that point I was anxious about getting to the airport on time and I was annoyed that they were late. He called once more while I was in my Uber. Once again ignored it. I landed in Charlotte and as I was lining up to board my next flight at around 9:50-10:00 am I get a text. It says "Ms. Cooper what happened? I woke up at 4:30 to make sure I picked you up on time." It was strange to me that he would keep my number to text me 5 hours later but I gave him an honest answer, that he wasn't there on time, there was an Uber so I took it. Instead of admitting he may have gone to the wrong house or truly figuring out where the mistake was he immediately became irate, insulting and accusatory. So I wrote a review about the incident on google to which he responded and tried to make it seem as if he were outside my home the entire time and I just refused to come out. This was definitely not the case. He claimed to see me peeking out both calls which isn't possible because I was in my Uber during his second call and getting into it during his first. Problem resolution is not his strong suit.

Flew in from Florida without a clue who to call or what to do. Very glad I found these people! The airport recommended them, and they picked me up very promptly. When I flew back out I made a reservation to be picked up at 530am, and they were right on time even at that early hour! Very impressed, and felt very safe.

I moved from the Huntington area to Florida years ago, however my Mother still lives near there. I fly into the HTS airport about once every other month. It used to be a pain getting out of there, because there was not a reliable, clean cab service. But in the last year I have called this Tommy service about 10 times to take me to and from the airport, and a couple of other times to make deliveries to my Mother. Each and every time, they have answered the phone or returned my call promptly, they have picked me up reliably and they have given me no reason to complain. This service was much needed in that area and I'm glad they are there.

Unbelievably good service. They showed up in 10 minutes in a brand new van. Took my credit card right there in the vehicle. Professional guy, very friendly. Everything you could possibly ask for.

Have travelled to Huntington 3 times in the last year, this company has been a God sent. Very small town so the options here are limited, but I haven't needed to look beyond Tommy's service for transportation needs. On time, shorter than expected waits. I promised him an honest review and I'm giving it here -- they do a fantastic job every single time.

I use them to go back and forth to work everyday, and they took me to the airport two weeks ago. I use their reservation service so I really don't ever have much of a wait. it works excellently! Really nice guys, too.

My girlfriend and I have both used this service twice each in the last week or so. Very courteous and polite every time, and always willing to take the extra time to talk to you about times and prices. I wouldn't use any other service.

I came in by plane and left by train. They got me from the airport to my meeting and then from the meeting to the amtrak station. I had a very tight window of time to make these travel arrangements work and this service was on the money. Very very glad I went with them. Fares were reasonable and cars were clean and newer. Would absolutely reuse.

I have used this service for almost 2 years. I didn't know until today I could even leave a review! I wish I could because they have made my life easy. I'm a 20 year old college student from Boston, I've never had a driver's license because people where I'm from just don't drive lol. Public transportation in Huntington isn't as thorough, so I'm really glad I found TaxiTommy and this service. I've met several drivers but I see Tommy and Hank the most. They are really smart and polite and always takes great care of me. They even picked me up on Christmas! I'd be lost without you guys!!!!
