I ordered some flower petals for my wedding this summer, and Glenn's was the cheapest that I could find. I specifically ordered yellow, white, or purple roses. No red or pink. When I went to pick up the flowers they had already closed for the day. Luckily a delivery driver let me come in the back door. The petals that they had saved for me were yellow, white, and pink. However, the lady did not charge me for the bag of pink, and they gave me a free bout that someone had never picked up. I wouldn't say that I was overly impressed with the service from Glenn's, but once I got inside they were very nice.

I have been ordering from Glenn's of Huntsville for years. I am always impressed with the amazing floral arrangements that they put together for me. Whether it's a birthday, holiday or just an every day bouquet. They always have a colorful and a unique selection of flowers. I have never had any customer service problems and they are always prompt with delivery.

The lady I spoke to was abrupt and rude; she seemed as though she was not interested in even hearing what I wanted to order. Ultimately, someone in the store recommended another florist nearby, and I am glad she did, because my flowers turned out to be even prettier than I expected!
