South East of Dallas, on I-45 at Dowdy Ferry Rd, just south of I-20. We have a front entrance on the North Bound service road of I-45 at the Dowdy Ferry Rd. Exit We have a rear entrance on Dowdy Ferry Rd. 9 acre location with large shop and gear shop on site. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Plenty of room to turn around if needed.
