Took my car in to McDonald autobody for repair to front fender. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I dropped off my car on Monday and they said it would be done by Wed. Much to my surprise they had it done on Tuesday. When I picked up my car, they had washed, waxed and completely cleaned and detailed the inside of the car. Hadn't looked that good since I bought it new 6 years ago. I was very satisfied and pleased with everything.

Customer beware of McDonald autobody they are nothing but a den of thieves they will steal things in and out of your car as far as to steal the change out of your ashtray I had my truck towed there because they are close to my house and I live in the neighborhood. It took almost a month for the insurance company to settle on my truck which I ended up keeping for myself but got to check the truck was totaled they knew it was totaled and removed numerous items for my truck into include the tailgate cold air intake 12,000 pound winch they had to have the from bumper removed in order to get that other engine parts removed from my truck the running boards tool box tailgate. When I came to pick my truck up I noticed the pieces a few of them that were gone I went in to ask the owner or manager to come out look at my truck so I can show him what was missing and he told me it was too cold he was not going to go outside to look at it that tells me that he knew about it or he took the stuff off of their himself they never did offer to do anything about the missing items. So just beware if you go there you are risking having anything that's on or in your car stolen if they take a liking to it. They received the check for nearly $1800 from my insurance company for storing my truck and stole nearly $4000 worth of stuff off of it before I got it back there are a bunch of crooks the do so-so quality bodywork I would steer clearand would recommend that anybody else do the same.

Don't be fooled by reviews from 2009, 2010. I recently visited this business and have only positive things to say. I understand a shift of management/ownership put a level of pride into the shop that matches the skillful workmanship today. I would say give this locally owned and operated business your business, without hesitation. They deserve it and will quickly earn your respect. They earned mine and will have my future business too.

Don't use this shop. There are to many body shops in Independence that you can go to and get much better service and quality this then place. They didn't put my car back together right and was very rude to me. The last review was right on.

They did not put my fog lights back in after I paid them over $2,200 for the work they did for me. Then when I went back to try to get them put back in, they said they had thrown them away. Without calling me first to tell me, they just threw them away and didn't offer to get me new ones. Plus, the work they told me they were going to do didn't get done. Then they pulled, "it wasn't in the quote" line. So basically he told me one thing and did another.
