I urge anyone considering to purchase a car to AVOID Ron Hamilton at all costs. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle earlier this week and less than 24 hours later, there was an engine malfunction and I drove my car immediately back to the dealership. I was very unhappy and uneasy about my expensive purchase. After going to the dealership for the THIRD day in a row to pick up my car, I asked about having my car maintenance in the future for my extreme inconvenience. Ron proceeded to embarrass me and berate me like a child in front of everyone on the sales floor for asking for "freebies," telling me there was nothing else he could do for me. This is how the Hewlett's trust him to run their business.

My family of 4 has spent well over $200,000 in cars, warranties, maintenance, etc. with Metro Ford, never again will we purchase from here because of the unnecessary disrespect I received this week from Ron. I hope no one else has to deal with this lack of customer service& embarrassment.

The best customer service. I went in and got the exact car I wanted and had the best service. They really do stand by there logo "it's the dealer that makes the difference "

The absolute best dealership I have ever dealt with!! I have bought 5 cars and a motorcycle through them and they are upstanding people that are straight forward and honest. I will do business with them for the rest of my life. We need more dealers like these people. They truly are the good guys!!

We were helped the minute we pulled into the dealership! The guys were very friendly and got us test driving right away. We got a great deal (thank you to black Friday as well) but they worked with us and got us a great car for a great price! We were very happy that they were also flexible with us and the situation we were in while trying to go through the process of purchasing the vehicle. Thank you Metro Ford!

I walked into Metro Ford in desperate need of a new vehicle. I had a 2003 Chevy S-10 and was going to have to spend a couple thousand dollars to get it through a KC winter. As soon as I walked in I felt like everyone of the staff there wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. They had the exact car that I wanted and got me financed even though I had some rough credit history. Definitely made me a life time customer. Cant thank Metro enough for my new ride!

Best Dealership Experience I have ever had! I had shopped all over Kansas City before a friend told me to try Metro Ford. I checked their website to make sure they had what I wanted. I was impressed with all of the pictures and info available and when I called to speak with someone in person, they were so quick to answer any and all questions I had with no pressure. I set an appointment and when I stopped in they were so friendly and knowledgeable. They had the vehicle I wanted ready to go and in only a few minutes had my car appraised and showed me the best figures I had seen ( and as I said, I had shopped around) again with NO PRESSURE! I enjoyed the experience so much that, I recommended two others to buy from them!

Don't spend your hard earned money here. The owner Bill Hewlet is a Rich kid and don't care if you really buy or not. Go somewhere that actually wants your money.
