I am not a competitor, I'm not in retail I'm a mom and this is the first store my teen daughter wants to check before we go anywhere else. Most of the time, this is our only stop. She has pretty large feet, so many times we have to order her correct size, shipping is free, and it takes no more than 1.5 days to arrive.

Absolutely every single time I go in the store I am greeted personally. They make eye contact when they greet me and my daughter. There's always somebody around to answer my question and they don't pester me to upsale.

Absolute worst customer service ever... Don't greet you, don't help you, funny thing is I work in retail shoe store myself and it's no wonder we have customers coming to us rather than shoe carnival...
