We were first time customers working with Bannon & Ferrari Granite to replace our kitchen countertops. It is our nature to be very accommodating to service people working in our home. However, the owner (Ruben) was extremely rude, argumentative, and disrespectful to each of us. At one point he stated he just wanted to get this job done and get out as he had a very busy schedule. His extremely aggressive/self-centered behavior tainted the entire project. Whatever good work he might be capable of doing is not worth the aggravation of using this company for home improvements. We suggest you look elsewhere.
