      Phillip Waisman earned his bachelor's degree in Business Management in 2014, from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia. "After graduation, I worked in construction but did not have a destination or specific life plan. I just knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur. American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) was a perfect fit. I was enticed to join AIL in 2015. I was attracted by the Company's great pitch, its outstanding culture, and a group of people I wanted to learn from and be associated with," recalls Phill. "I always wanted to be in leadership. As my responsibilities grew with AIL, my purpose and drive for working with this Company grew with it," he adds.What makes Phill uniquely qualified for his leadership role with AIL? "I can adopt new philosophies and adapt to the new technology age. Working with a very talented State General Agent (SGA), I learned from the best and then started to apply my own techniques to all areas of the business.
