We used Prime Time Shuttle this weekend for a bachelor party. The shuttle was there right when it was supposed to be. The driver was really friendly and patient with us. (I think we might have been a little obnoxious....?) He was really familiar with the area and got us right where we were trying to go. Much better (and cheaper) than a taxi.

We suggested this service to family and friends flying into Long Beach and LAX for my sister's wedding. Everyone I asked said they had a good experience. There were no complaints.

I used it from LAX to Seal Beach on June 14 2011. The shuttle was 40 mins late than originally promised. The guy at the airport pickup location wouldn't tell me for how long I have to wait. For 40 mins he kept saying will be here any minute now. When finally came took us (me and my husband) picked up 1 more person from another terminal so we were 6 people. Then a lady called over the pager and asked the driver to go back to the airport to pick up 2 more people. She couldn't care less that 6 very tired people can't wait to go home. So the driver went back for another round. The shuttle that was promised for 7:50 left the airport at 9:20. As it serves the whole area from South LA through Orange County had to drop off people in Carson, Long Beach (Queen Mary) and then going south Seal Beach, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine. We got home at 10:40 instead of 9:20 as originally promised on the reservation. I hope I won't have to use their service ever again.

I had a bad experience on Prime Time. The driver was late and then when he did get there, he really had an attitude with me. I recently called their customer service number and spoke to Vicky, the supervisor. She was so friendly, patient and polite. The first thing she did was apologize for what had happened to me and that went a long way to diffuse the situation right off the bat. She wasn't able to give me a refund because it had been too long (it was over 30 days), but she sent me a voucher to ride again for free. I just took that free ride, and everything was great! The driver was super nice, and polite. I didn't have any problems at all. A company this size is never going to have perfect service. They probably drive hundreds of passengers a day. Sometimes it is going to go wrong. But what matters is that Prime Time fell over themselves to make it right. I will definitely use them again.

I never used a shuttle service before, but I decided to try this because my friend who usually takes me to the airport was out of town. I was pleasantly surprised. My driver was nice and picked me up right on time. I got to the airport with time to spare. The whole experience was stress-free. I am planning to use Prime Time Shuttle next time I fly whether my friend is here or not.

I booked my trip home through their website, which was super easy to do. My flight was supposed to arrive at 12:35am. We were delayed and I ended up getting in at like 2am! I was so scared that I was going to be stranded at LAX in the middle of the night!!!!! But I called the 24 hour call center at PrimeTime, and it was no problem. When I saw that red van come pulling around the loop at LAX towards me, I felt the hugest sigh of relief. I did feel guilty because I was the only one on the van, but I gave the driver a BIG, FAT tip for rescuing me in the middle of the night. Bonus: When we pulled up to my apartment, he was very specific about asking what door it was and then parked so that the headlights shone right on my door. He waited for me to get in and close the door before pulling off. 6 STARS!

I have used them before, although not frequently. On this ride home, my purse flipped off the seat after a quick stop by the driver. Of course it was unzipped and EVERyTHING fell out! As the driver accelerated again, everything was sliding all over the floor of the van! When we arrived at my house, I explained to the driver what had happened and he helped me to collect it all. Four days later the same driver showed up at my doorstop with a plastic billfold where I keep photos of all my grandkids. He had found it while vacuuming out his van, remembered my purse incident, looked up my reservation and drove all the way to my house to return it to me!!! I was flabbergasted and totally impressed. Any future trips I make, it is PrimeTime for me!

I don't know about these other reviews, but I had great service with these guys. They picked me up on time and got me to the airport on time. I made my reservation online, so I had already paid and didn't have to deal with paying the driver, except for the tip I gave him for great service.

I was very disappointed. The van was late to pick me up. When I called to check the status, they told me it was broken down and wasn't coming. They hadn't called to let me know this. They did call me a cab, but I had to pay for it, and they charged my credit card for the van that never came.

I received the worst service in my life from this company. The management and staff care less about customer service. vans are old and drivers are imported from another plant!!!DO NOT use this service if you want to get home safe.

WORST SERVICE EVER

This is the worst service ever if you need a ride from the airport. Having a reservation means nothing, customers going in opposite directions are put on the same shuttle instead of grouping customers with similar destinations. All the while, sitting in a shuttle hearing the rest of the passengers complaining and fed up with this company. Oh and if you ever have to call and speak with their customer service, it is beyond bad. They were rude, defensive and they accept no responsibility in the problems their 'customers' experience, they offer no help. TAKE A CAB, it would probably cost the same if not less without the most frustrating experience, unbelievable.
