At Body Temple: Health & Wellness Coaching it is our mission to guide you to reach your goals and produce enduring, radical improvements in your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. We will work together to explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of health, happiness, and balance. Together, we will discover and remove your unique internal and external obstacles to success so that you may conquer your health, weight, and eating challenges once and for all!

Paulina D. Temple, CHC, RYT-200, is the founder and owner of Body Temple LLC. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA and a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She also completed a 200-hour power yoga teacher training through CorePower yoga and is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor. Paulina has received several awards and nominations for professional excellence in her field.
