Morningside absolutely saved my life. The staff there is amazing and it is unlike any program that I have ever been to. They truly care and want the best for you. They give enough structure and support but yet still give you some freedoms. Thank you Morningside for all that you do!

I learned how to get back into normal life. How to re access the value of my life not base on my past. Learning how life can be better.

This place help me open my mind to a better way on how to deal with life. Also on how to deal with my problems to come.

I enjoyed the fact that MSR was overall very clean and the staff to patient ratio was good. In comparison to the treatment center I transferred from I was very happy with the positive change and the state of calm this treatment center provided.

I learned that I can be myself without drugs. I am still the same person but I really need to change more.

As one of the individuals selected to go on our recent adventure trip to Big Bear I just wanted to let you both know how much I enjoyed it as I got to share time with other people and also learned how to ride horses, snowboard, and some of the history of Big bear mountain. I got to go to the river and put a rock in my hand and put all the negativity thoughts in that rock and threw it away. I truly believe trips like these play a very big part in everyone’s life and recovery. I especially want to thank John for allowing me to be his anchor man and myself. For future reference, I believe trips like this will make a big impact on all those who go and I hope that Morningside continues to provide this adventure trip opportunity. I also want everyone to know that John did an excellent job putting everything together while looking out for our safety, keep up the good work!
