      Established in 1989, Top Hat Productions is a catering and event planning company. Located in Irvine, Calif, it serves marinated antipasto selection with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, baby corn, salami, pepperoncinis, dill pickles, provolone vinaigrette and couscous salads. Top Hat Productions Asian menu features Thai chicken skewers, shrimp sushi, streamed pot stickers with plum sauce and ahi rolls.
