We were completely pleased with this service. After paying another company (Identogo) to get FBI reports for apostilling we waited several days to receive our copy of the report. Upon contacting them we found out that the FBI never received our prints and that the electronic fingerprints somehow got lost. We also learned the FBI report they provide cannot be apostilled (when speaking with employees of the company some tell you it can be and some tell you it cannot). We called Neal and he assured us his reports can be apostilled. His service was quick, friendly, and the paperwork was indeed easily apostilled. We also hit a snag when submitting paperwork for residency in Ecuador: a tiny apostrophe in O'Brien. Some government agencies (passport office) use them, some don't (FBI). Ecuador requires that the names be exactly the same on all documents. Neal helped to straighten all of this out for us...over a weekend. We highly recommend this company.
