The DAK Group, an Investment Banking firm headquartered in Rochelle Rochelle Park NJ, served as financial advisor to ISP Optics In combining the expertise and technology of these two leading edge optical companies, ISP Optics continues its vertical integration in the infrared industry, striving to provide its customers with complete infrared optics solutions. David Smith, the owner of Opticorp Inc., will continue as the manager of coating operations for ISP Optics. Mr. Smith stated: We are very enthusiastic about our new relationship with ISP Optics.
