Worse customer service I've ever experienced!!! I called at 7:55 the individual that answered the phone told me she was "confused" about what I was asking for. I repeated my order and she asked me "could I read" because it was on the menu. I asked if I could speak with someone with customer service skills and she replied "um no goodbye"... I drove from Byram, MS practically to place my order inside (arrived at 8:30 closing is 9:00)...only to find out it was "the owner" who hung up on me. I asked the young lady at the register if I could place my order then and told me "yes ma'am you can order here at the counter"... then "the owner" instructed her not to take my order. Actually looked at the young lady and yelled "Don't take that order!!!" When my fianc asked her why she said because she's "just not talking the order". We left humbly, however, I would like to let everyone to know "the owner" is prejudice and inconsiderate and has 0% customer service skills. Attitude reflects leadership so God be with her and her business.

I really like the food at Cool Al's. I have not, however, been impressed with the wait time, the cleanliness of the restaurant nor the professionalism of the staff. The nonchalant attitude of the owner and staff is really sad. I have gone to this restaurant periodically over the last couple years. It will be a while before I go there again (if I go there again).
