I love chilis but this one needs help!! it was midday and the party in front of us had been waiting a while to be seated when we got there. It was another 10 min for us to be seated at a dirty table. it wasn't busy at all. server never brought my appetizer, waited much too long for refills...wanted to celebrate my 7 yr olds bday but it took too long ...oh and the bathrooms were filthy too. we will never go back!

Great service, excellent food and a family atmosphere. Lee and Sam continue to stand out as outstanding servers. The deals are great and communication is good overall. Our family spends most saturday dinners here!
I think this chili's is one of the better ones I have been to in Jacksonville. This chili's is clean every time I go in. the food is always perfect and the one time it was not it was fixed immediately. If you want to pepper in some fun, you should do it at the chili's in mandarin.
