Pork - Steroid and Antibiotic Residue Free Chicken - Raised without steroids and antibiotics. Turkey - Amish Turkeys Lamb - Best New Zealand quality Goat - Best Australian quality Quail, Cornish Hens, Goose, Alligator, Rabbit, Duck and Shrimp. If you're busy and on the go, no worries we have a variety of smoked-to-perfection meat using a variety of our in-house specialty Sauces and Rubs. Our famous Smokes include: Baby Back Spare Ribs Beef Briskets Beef Ribs Beef Jerky Pork Butt Turkey Drums and Wings Chickens, Wings and Thighs Sausages, Snack Sticks, Beef Sticks, Summer Sausages.
