I called on 5/29/2012 at 8am and explained I was new in town and had been the whole memorial weekend in pain from my wisdom teeth attemting to make their dayview and I wanted to see when the Dr. had an opening. The front desk lady was super nice and sympathetic on the phone and was able to have me checked the same day at 10am...How is that for...awesome? while I was there they were also able to see my daughter for her first cleaning and x-rays. My little one wasn't frightened at all and they made her feel like going to the dentist was a fun thing rather than scary, the hygienist was very creative and was explaining to my daughter step by step what she was doing and making it sound super fun. They are extremely helpful, treated me and my daughter with exceptional service. They also have a playroom for the kids within the office with toys and books. There is also an Oral Surgeon right next to her office in Jacksonville which comes in handy for major extractions etc.The entire practice and Dr. Mancini left a great first impression on me and I am definetely keeping this dentist while we are stationed here. If you are looking for a dentist, this is the place to go. Hope this review help others.

I was very impressed with my visit to Dr. Mancini's office. From the receptionist at the front to the staff in the back I was treated with kindness. It is obvious that the staff and Dr. Mancini love their job. I would recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I am so pleased to FINALLY have found a dentist that can see me and my children!! Dr. Mancini is amazing with children and her staff were so helpful as well! The are so nice and helpful!!

I took my children to this office and they were absolutly AMAZING!!!!! I loved everything about our experience, from the front desk help to the hygienist to Dr. Mancini!!!! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful!! I would recommend this office to everyone!!!

Dr. Mancini is wonderful with children and I feel very comfortable allowing her to work on my three young children. I am happy to see that she offers dentistry for families as well--I am not usually very fond of dental work but look forward to letting her work on my cavity prone teeth in the future. Her office has a very friendly atmosphere and she does not over charge her patients like some of the other larger dental offices in Jacksonville, and I appreciate that. I would highly recommend Dr. Mancini and all of her staff to anyone looking for friendly, thorough and professional care for their family's teeth.
