Recent visit resulted in the purchase of a Kia minivan. I had the car in mind when I headed to the dealership. First thing is the price you see in the web is NOT the price they will sell at - first there is a "fee" of about 2k which the sales guy could not elaborate what the fee is for - they give it some vague name and dance around the issue. The car is a 2012 and I highly doubt they put 1-2k worth of work into it. Secondly upon purchase, they gave me less than half a tank of gas (the tank was practically empty when I test drove it) and I was told that I would need to put air into the tires myself.... So on top of the 2k added on top of the advertised price, apparently I wasn't even given a tank of gas or air in my tires???? When I emailed the Internet sales manager about the lack of service I was basically just told "sorry, we will do better with the next customer that comes in..." I'm not sure how that helps me????

Anyway I'm happy with the car but the dealership played no roll u me purchasing it... And with that level of service I won't be going back
