It invests primarily in Singapore equity securities, such as common stock, preferred stock, warrants and convertible debt securities of issuers. The company operates a dividend reinvestment and cash purchase plan that offers automatic reinvestment of dividends and capital gain distributions in additional shares. Its plan also offers the opportunity for semiannual cash investments to registered shareholders participating in the plan.
