she came and cut my dogs nails. She gave me an immediate appointment and came to my home and cut shadows nails. She was extremely kind and professional and extremely caring with my dog. I will definitely be calling her for more grooming and I highly recommend this dog groomer!

09-29-17...I brought my dog to get her hair cut, they were running late because they had a lot of dogs to be groomed I guess, after they were done with my dog about 6:15 pm (They close at 5:00 pm) I thanked the groomer and told her I would see her in about a month and half. While I was getting my dog situated in the vehicle with my daughter and 5 (five) of her friends so I could leave, the lady at the counter came out gave me the middle finger, and started making stupid gestures to me, I thought she was doing it to someone else so I started looking around the parking lot and nope it was me, she started taking pictures of my vehicle and yelling through the door. I tried asking her what was wrong and she kept yelling and making stupid gestures. After I drove off she called me and told me that I was mean to her groomer, I said because I thanked her and told her I would see her in November sometime, I didn't understand, how I was being mean, she then proceeded to tell me I was not allowed there again, which after what she did to me I wasn't going to bring my dog there again. I guess I don't understand how thanking someone and telling them I will see them in a month and a half is being mean. I have been taking my dog to Karen's for about 4 years now and this is the 1st time I ever encountered such hostility. I have recommended so many people to go there. If I knew I was going to get treated like trash, I would of never recommended anyone to go there. I will be letting everyone I know that does bring there pets there to NOT bring them there anymore. I have never in my life been treated like that from anyone. I understand people have bad days, but this takes the cake for rudeness and ignorance.

Claiming to be a "groomer" and "kennel". She has it hot as hell inside. Pets are not properly given refreshments. Kittens looked like they were on the verge of death. Using rusty catch pans for cages with sharp edges. NOBODY HAD ANY WATER AND IT WAS 100 degrees yesterday!

Firstly, I'm angry with yelp that they would not include ALL of the reviews on this place. If you include all of the reviews (the ones Yelp arbitrarily deem irrelevant) and average them, it comes to only 2 stars. This is very misleading that they would remove reviews! These are people's pets and family. Not something to take risks on by giving people false information!



Secondly, I have used karen's in the past to trim my dogs nails. You walk in the door and are met with filth and then more filth! Dogs run free with no supervision and this place is an accident waiting to happen! My dog went in for simple nail trims and I prob took her there 5 times. They were cheap (the girls behind the counter would say it was only $5 and take the $ for themselves instead of ringing it up in the register) and for 5 min I could deal with the smell, I guess. But the last 2 times she went they made her bleed. The last time, they didn't even tell me and the nail was cut so bad there was blood all over my back seat by the time I got her home!



Outrageous! If you love your pet, don't take them Karen's Pet Grooming!

This is the most unprofessional groomer I've ever been too. Was looking for something close to home..I will drive next time. It smells, its loud. You dont see where your dog is kept. The cut was mediocre at best. I have a mini schnauzer..lots of people do..didnt think it would be a hard cut..when they put his collar on to take him home..it was hooked so big he got his head out of it

I just started going to Karens as I just moved here a few months ago. My dog Gizzy has never has such a great cut. The ladies there made me feel like they were old friends of mine, very friendly. Im glad I found them. I highly recommend them.

If you love your furry babies dont take them here. This place reeks of urine, unfriendly service, and you get overcharged. I went once and will never, ever return and i would never recommend this place. I can't believe i didnt stick with my gut feeling, i just didnt want to seem like i was overreacting.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!! Go to change.org and look up "stop abusive groomer" to learn the truth about Karens pet grooming or better yet, ask your local vet!

I have been going to Karen's for years & have never had a problem, my two Shihtzu's, Petunia & Blossom, go here every six weeks for their haircut, & they board there every time we go out of town. I also take them there for doggie daycare a couple times a month & I drop them off & pick them up at random times, I have NEVER seen any thing but professionalism from these girls!! My dogs LOVE going here & they treat them like royalty!! I would recommend this business to everyone & dont believe all the nonsense, go & see for yourself, they offer tours anytime that you would like to walk through. I will never go elsewhere :) Faithful & loyal Karen's customer!!

Horrible, horrible place. The work is sloppy and the groomers are trashy and smell of alcohol. The stench of this place is unbelievable.

I've been taking my 2 dogs to Karen's for almost 5 years and I have never had a bad experience. My girls always come home looking awesome and all tired out from playing! They have been groomed and boarded there many times. I love that they are NOT going to be in a cage all day! And as for the shop, yes sometimes it's a little dirty but nothing that you wouldn't expect in a place with so many animals.

I have been taking my long-haired Shih Tzu, Harley, to KAREN'S for seven years now, ever since his first cut. The girls are so very sweet to Harley that he actually looks forward to visiting the groomers...not many dog owners can say that! Since Harley wears a full coat, I drop him off every 4 or 5 weeks for a bath and trim. He always comes home looking like a show dog and smelling delicious. Grooming prices are very reasonable. I recommend KAREN'S to all my dog lover friends. Just tell them "Harley sent me!"

I have 3 dogs and they have been going to Karens for many years for grooming and boarding, not to mention the occasional dog questions. Karens is the ONLY boarding facility that DOES NOT keep their dogs locked up in cages/runs 24/7. Yes they let the dogs run, yes it seems like chaos BUT the dogs LOVE it!

I take my 2 yr. old, 200 lb. Bull Mastiff, who's still a bit rambuncious, as well as my 3 yr. old, full of attitude Tabby cat to Karen's for grooming once a month, and I absolutely LOVE these girls!!! They are true animal lovers who can handle even the most wiley characters. My animals always come back to me looking and smelling wonderful, with a very pleasant disposition. I know I NEVER have to worry when I leave my babies at Karen's Pet Grooming. I highly recommend you give them a try if you have deeply cared for pets who need a little extra special attention!

I brought my dog in for a wash and a cut, I told the girl that I wanted them to shave her belly to get rid of the matted fur (along with other problem areas). When I got home and looked at her belly there was only one strip that was shaved, it looked like they took the clippers and just did one swipe up the side of her belly. I called them and explained the problem and they told me to bring her back. When I got there I was made to feel like I was in the wrong with the way I was treated. The girl at the desk said that I never told them to do her belly. If that was the case then why shave only one line? I will not be bringing my pet back and I let all my friends that own dogs know not to bring their pets there.

This place is extremely dirty!!! They try to cover the smell of their shop by drowning it with burning insence and spraying air freshener constantly instead of CLEANING THE SHOP!! Im suprised that their not closed down by the health department yet! The workers here are very trashy and unprofessional. The dogs that are groomed here look very sloppy and chopped up. They let all the animals run around in chaos and you can hear the dogs getting into fights in the back room and nobody stops them!!! I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO BRING YOUR PET HERE!!!!

it is conveinent to it is letting kids come in and work and the are nice and clean and are very compasionate tworads the animals.

I worked at Karens for a short time. The animals are abused in every way. The place is nasty. Animals are kicked and beat. Please do not take your animal here. The people are nice while you are standing there, as soon as you leave everything changes.
