Unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous reviewer. I have never had such an uncaring and unprofessional experience at any hair salon before. I explained what I wanted to have done, only to have my hair butchered off. I also had to point out to the stylist where it needed to be evened out. The first time I was asked how I liked it, was after it was already all chopped off and too short. The stylist could have cared less. She kept repeating "I did what you wanted me to do". Never offered to wash my hair either (which was badly needed). I have been to many salons before, both higher end and budget. I have had bad haircuts before, but never accompanied with an attitude like here. I never make a big deal out if a bad cut because it's "just hair", but this one made me cry... The stylist came highly recommended. Unfortunately, she did not live up to my expectations, which was for a decent haircut and a person who actually sees more in you than a tip. I will not go back there.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseWent in for a wash and blow dry and came out looking ridiculous. The hairstylist burned my hair then asked if my hair was burned before I came in. I went home and washed it. It was still dirty. I will never go again. Going there is like walking into a salon in the back woods of Kentucky. The worst experience I have ever had in a salon.

Great little shop. The girls have all been there a long time and they can all cut hair. You can't beat the prices either. You don't need an appointment but you may wait especially on Fridays.
