My cover was damaged and they would not replace the product even though there was a one year guarentee. They promised to send me a new cover, but never did. Do not buy anything from this company.

RUN NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Made my cover wrong and will not return phone calls. Even though they claim a 5 year warranty not worth squat if they will not back it up.

Tried to call them for 4 days, finally got somebody on the line, but they could not help me, said someone would call me back but nobody ever did.

Horrible experience. Ordered a spa cover in dark brown, was sent one in a redwood color. They had already sent me labeled color swatches, which I chose dark brown from. When I reported the mistake they asked for pictures and I held the labeled swatches to the cover. My photos clearly showed that I received the wrong color. After numerous emails and phone calls urging them to take responsibility and they completely ignored me, I filed a dispute with my credit card company who investigated the issue and determined that Heatloc Spa Tops had sent the wrong color and I got my money back. Extremely dishonest company :(

I ordered a Heatloc cover and it ended up being an excellent purchase. It was delivered a few days later than expected but the quailty is top notch. I went with the Cover Pro cover and cover lift and it's a really slick system. I wasn't the one at home when the cover was dropped off so I can't yay or nay on the beer and cigarette smell but I can say I am completely satisfied with my cover.

they delivered my Life spa late,gave me the wrong cover (even though they said they make them) dressed unprofessionally and smelled like beer and cigarettes :(
