General Info: Dr. Schoettler’s interest in pediatric hematology and oncology was inspired at a young age after his brother and sister were both diagnosed with a rare pediatric lung cancer. His experiences throughout his education, training and career have confirmed his passion for this field of medicine. Dr. Schoettler is especially grateful for the lifelong impact he can have on the children and families he cares for.In his free time, Dr. Schoettler enjoys spending time with his wife, kids and their dog. Together, they love taking family walks, having game nights and cheering on their favorite Minnesota sports teams!I love working with children, and their resiliency is inspiring. I also truly value the incredible relationships that are built between the children, their families, and the providers within hematology and oncology.
