Strategic Energy, headquartered in Pittsburgh, manages electricity procurement for commercial, institutional and government customers in states that offer retail electricity choice, including California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas.
