I LOVE Romanelli Optix. They have the best selection of spectacles in town! AND they are all one of a kind! Many shipped in from overseas.I have visited both locations and every employee I have interacted with has been super nice! They will help you find the perfect frames for your face! They aren't just trying to sell you the most expensive pair! I paid the same price here as any other place I have been. No surprises in my opinion

Poor customer service and used car dealer like in the way of misinformation and thinking you the customer is to dumb to research it and then lie to you about the 1 type of product (glasses) they sell or it could just be a lack of knowledge on that 1 type of product they sell either way its just sad and awful to be treated that way when you spend that kind of money which leads me to my next point. WAY over priced compare to what the company actually sells them for on its own website or at other stores. They don't give you the right equipment that is suppose to come with the glasses (like the case) assuming they even give it all to you in the first place. Be prepared to be talked down to as well even though they don't know 1 correct thing about what they are selling. All said and done if you need euro glasses for whatever reason do what I should have done and go somewhere else not owned by them or buy online! I know you'll get way better customer service for what your paying, all the right equipment (like the case) and the right price!!!
