Provided by YP.comWestwood is an awesome place I recommend all parents to send their kids. It's a great way for kids of all ages to develop their gross motor skills while learning the fun sport. All of the staff is well trained. I went here for 12 years and it was some of the best moments of my life. I can genuninely say I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Provided by YP.comWe have been coming here for at least the last 2 years. Their coaches and office staff are friendly and helpful. Both Of our kids' skills keep improving and they are always having so much fun! We have classes here as well as many birthday parties. My favorite place to have a party, way less stress than most places. I am always bragging about this place to my friends.

Provided by YP.comThey lost my daughter yesterday. She was taking the trial K class, and she asked to use the bathroom. They let her go alone, and didn't even feel the need to check on her when she took much longer. She couldn't find her way back to class (its a huge place) so she was wandering around looking for me. Someone found her and brought her to the Office. She gave her first/last name and my phone number, and they couldn't look her up for some reason. She found me, and she was very upset. They apologized, but I don't feel comfortable with their lack of safety/organization. This place is huge with multiple exits and random adults, this could have been a lot worse. Every other place (Church, Mothers Day Out, etc) escorts kids her age to the restroom, waits outside and escorts them back. After sharing my experience, I've been told by other moms (with even younger children) that they've had the same thing happen. Very disturbing!

Provided by YP.comMy family has been living in Katy since 2011 and has been to Westwood Gymnastics several times and every time was almost perfect to the tee. Unfortunately, yesterday, 1/17/15 we had the worst experience in our time in Katy with one of the so called "coaches"; namely Isaiah. Let me mention that we do not have any problem with the place itself other than always being overcrowded, but our experience yesterday totally zeroes out any prior good experience that we had. There was also another staff member, lady, whom I do not have the name, but you can check your records and find out.
We were invited guests to our friend's kid's birthday party. My 5 year old daughter had a potty accident to which the lady staff advised my wife that my daughter needed to be cleaned up before staying in the playground. My wife did exactly as told by cleaning up my daughter with water and soap, which made the "potty mark" even bigger. The lady staff told my wife that my daughter could get back to playing as she was cleaned up. After all this, the so called "coach" Isaiah decided to confront my wife in front of everyone present there and in an extremely high and unprofessional, and disrespectful tone told my wife "that she needed to get our daughter out of there" making a huge scene in front of everyone; thus making everybody uncomfortable. Even the hosting "paying customer" had a little pep talk with him. My wife inquired him if that was the way they treated patrons there, to which he replied, that my wife was not a paying customer and our friend was the paying customer. Seriously?
This shows a total lack of customer service, lack of personal skills in a customer service oriented business, lack of professionalism, lack of proper training, among many others.
I proceeded to ask for a supervisor/manager to what "Courtney", another staff, told me that there was nobody at that level present there that could help me, but that she was more than willing to assist with the complaint. Really? No supervisor/manager with so many staff dealing with all kinds of different people in a customer service based business? Impressive... No wonder he felt he was entitled to treat people that way. By the way, Courtney is awesome and did what a properly trained staff would have done; the first thing she did was apologize, which the other individual never did.
This may seem not important to the "coach" as this is not his business; however the owners, shareholders, members, partners, whatever the case may be, might want to look into it as this kind of attitude does nothing to attract new customers or new business.
Needless to say, we WERE celebrating our son's birthday at Westwood Gymnastics, but we will NEVER visit the facilities again, even as a "not paying customer".

Provided by YPmobilePaid in advanced for the parents night out we paid extra for pizza and snacks well needless to say they missed my sons name two times. me being overly protective gave an additional $20.00 so my son would have plenty of money. Needless to say no one called to very if he had money, I guess they thought that my son was lieing. So when I got to the place, after not feeding him the lady wanted to have a conversation about why he didn't get anything to drink or eat. No sorry, no nothing. We Will NOT be going back!

Provided by YP.comThe staff are inept, rude and unprofessional. The turnover is high. The child per instructor ratio is insane, and no safety exist for your children.
