We just purchased a Manitou Oasis Angler pontoon from Bay Marine. We had never operated a boat, let alone owned a boat prior to this. Greg spent at least an hour with me the first time I visited and then stayed late that same day to show my wife various boats along with explaining all the nuances of boat ownership . I went back an additional 2 times to look at various things before finalizing my order. At each visit, Greg took the time to answer all my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Once my boat arrived, Greg prepped it, installed a fish finder along with external LED lights, and delivered it to Lake Altoona. I was unable to go through boat operations with him that day so Greg was kind enough to come out a different day to spend with us on the water learning about our boat. I just bught a Manitou boat from Bay today. The sales man Mike Bown was awson. He was great to work with and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. The staff has been great and I will continue to do business with this dealer.

These people are very grouchy. Don't go their unless you absolutely have to. You walk out of this place feeling like they did you a favor. Never any compassion what so ever. Place is a mess.



Use Pro Boat as an alternative.

Poor customer service. The technicians told us our motor wouldn't run and when we got it home to look at it they had put the fuel line on backwards, no wonder it wouldn't run. They make commitments to order parts and then call the next day telling you they can't order them because it doesn't meet the minimum dollar amount. Shop there at your own risk.
