I don't normally write reviews but after my experience at this facility I feel compelled to. First of all- I was worried that it would be a depressing place to be but found it to be quite the opposite. The atmosphere was upbeat and hopeful. As a caregiver I was respected and welcomed. The snack bar, warm blankets, TV and Wi-Fi made our experience very comfortable. I am so grateful that this facility is available to the Tri-Cities area.
