WARNING TO Killeen area. DO NOT USE "Killeen Parts Today". I just went there and bought a part that they charged me $40.00 + tax. I decided to go online and check because I also needed another part that Killeen Parts Today said they didn't have in stock and would have to order and their cost to me would be $95.00. I WELL GUESS WHAT I found BOTH parts and it INCLUDES SHIPPING for a grand total of $23.59. And if you are wondering what the part that I paid $40.00 for, well it was only $4.54 at the parts store online, it was a plastic terminal block and I only got it because the wife needed to do laundry. I would also be wary of any service company that uses them also because you are going to get overcharged there as well.

The lady that owns/runs this is excellent!! She always has the parts we need to fix our appliances or gets it the next day! Anyone who doesn't know about this store is missing out on great service and prices.

My experience was very cost effective. The lady helped me diagnose the problem with my whirlpool dryer and replaced the defective part with original whirlpool part.

Wanted to compare an oven rack with their current stock because I just needed something similar in size. They refused to let me compare without an exact model number after I already said I needed something similar and not exact. Would not work with their customer. They are also overpriced.

You are better off ordering from the internet. That is what they do after they add about 50%. You still have to wait for you part to be ordered and come in.
