I don't have a problem with Dr. Magnin (I don't know the other dentist), but the other staff there are unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I used to go there just because it was close and convenient, but decided it wasn't worth it. There was one good hygenist that I had, but another I had seemed to be insulting and rude. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I called to reschedule an appointment. First, the person on the phone seemed annoyed that I was bothering her and asked her to look at a couple different dates (hello? it's your job and not everyone has a wide open schedule!). Then, when I showed up for my appointment, they had no record of me and suggested it was my fault (My wife even heard me schedule and verify it). There are too many choices for you to put up with shoddy service.
