      General Info
      I am a licensed psychologist providing services for children, adolescents, and adults. I treat a variety of clinical disorders not limited to: anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, behavior problems, anger management, life adjustment difficulties, interpersonal and relationship issues, stress, domestic violence, parenting challenges, communication breakdowns, and self-esteem. I have insight and understanding treating Global Nomads, Third Culture Kids, and people who deal with issues relating to frequent moves and relocations. I practice therapy with a unified approach towards the whole person, addressing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of wellbeing in order to reduce symptoms and to promote wellbeing. My orientation is person-centered and cognitive-behavioral. I incorporate creative expression interventions, mindfulness exercises, and guided visualization practices. Therapy goals can range from decreasing anxiety and depression symptoms, and developing healthy relationships to improving the quality of your life, learning to live with mindfulness, and self-actualization. My philosophy is to strive to remain open-minded, flexible, and well versed in different theories and techniques so as to have as many tools at my disposal as possible and to be able to help diverse populations with unique problems.
