Rescare is unethical and shady company. If there is a labor law to be broken, this company does it! I'd rather pick up garbage than work for this company again. A piece of advice: if you accept their job offer, make sure you have a good employment attorney to fight for your rights. Company supporting harassment and retaliation as common methods of operation.
