Horrible Dealer. I purchased a *new* bike from them several months back with a year warranty. I had to have it in the shop twice within the first few months of purchase. The first time was to correct an issue with the breaks which took about 3weeks to do. The second time, the top end was gone, and it took 2 months to repair. Once I got it back, it would not start the following day. I called, and they said that it was probably the battery, I jumped it a few times to get it to start, it kept failing so I replaced the battery. Unfortunatly it didn't start after that either. When I called again they said that they didn't know what it was, but bring it in and we can look at it after another 4 weeks. Funny, it was starting fine before I brought it in the second time. At this point I sold the bike and got a better one. It's just rediculous that they don't seem to think that having a bike in the shop 3 out of the first 6 months of ownership is a big deal.
