She completed her training as a Reconnective Healing Practitioner in 2010 and received her diplomas for Hypnotherapy and Regression Therapy in 2016. Hypnosis is simply a state of focused concentration which allows you to bypass the conscious mind and correct the underlying subconscious programming that is hindering your life. It is a therapeutic process that can help with smoking cessation, weight loss, self-esteem, motivation, stress reduction, and sleep anxiety and panic issues to name a few. Regression therapy is also performed in a trance state but it is not as a deep hypnotic state because it is a very interactive process between the individual and the therapist. It is the mental act of going back to a previous time the conscious mind does not remember. This therapy will shed light on some part of your past that has caused you underlying issues and will provide relief in your present life.
