We represent clients with claims involving the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air laws, Proposition 65, and the complex network of hazardous waste laws, such as CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, the HSAA, and the HWCL. We focus on environmental law aspects of purchases and sales, leasing, redevelopment, re-use, and foreclosures of contaminated properties, called “brownfields.”
