I have no experience with this company , but I have a question/suggestion. Why are you not open on Saturdays? Sunday is the day of rest. Most people work m-f 8-5, so it's cutting it close to get to the shop b4 you close and then I imagine it would be "tell me what you need, come back another day when we have more time to discuss this." Saturdays are the days when the majority of your potential customers can get these issue taken care of. Lake Charles is going to explode with with new residentsite moving here as the plants are nearly finished and the way people drive through parking lots a hit other people's cars as in my case, wouldn't you want this added revenue? Just a thought. Guess I'll have to see the Dent Doctor to fix my dent.

Average stars for reading what looks to be stories written by the auto shop themselves! Nice read but I need to get my car window fixed and want reliable service that does not paint pretty pictures on the internet of themselves for customers.

I am employed here. bitch101 was stealing from company. I told Mell to sue her he said no because everyone needs a second chance. It was not his place to judge. He said he leave it for the God to Deal with Her!!! as for late to pay he always paid on time or early. I am happy working here. Can't believe her!! Mell is truly a god fearing man

My engine, brake, abs light was on. Brought it to 5 shops they told me the less i had to pay was $650.00. Mell fixed it for $85.13, that was great!!! and ran a computer diagnostic for free!!!! Everyone else i had to pay $65-$95 dollars. love that man. ps my lights are off!!! and still off!!

My wife with our young kids went to shop on a flat. Mell said they dont fix flats. My wife was wonder what to do before she could say any thing Mell took tire off. took it tire shop got it fix and said have a nice day. and did not charge me anything. god bless that man.He got my bussines and anyone who ask for a repair shop . I send them to Mell!!!. thanks again!!!

Awesome Services!

Single mother of six had problems with my vehicle and i bought it to All Action Automotive and More! They did major motor repair on it and Mell got me out in four days! Mell got me with a cheaper price than the other shops!! I check with other shops and they told me that they had to kept for 3 weeks min. God bless that man!! I'm so thankful for him to get my van done when i need the most especially when i had kids to drop off at school!!

Lousy Service!!! Business doesn't deserve a star at all! Kept a mother of two on foot for 4 weeks so far! Said he ordered the parts and never did and refuses to refund money for parts! Owner Mel Addison is a crook!! Car is still broke and now I don't have the money to order the parts to fix it my car!
